Later Methods Zhineng Qigong and Taiji

By Dr. Pang Ming translated into English by Wei Qi Feng and Patricia Fraser

The material in this book covers those methods created by Dr Pang after he put together The Methods of Zhineng Qigong Science for the two-year teacher training class. Lectures about new methods and instructions for them were published in the monthly Zhineng Qigong magazine, put out by the Huaxia Editorial Department.

Zhineng Qigong is an open system. Through observation of the many Zhineng Qigong practitioners over the years, Teacher Pang found there was a need for some further methods to supplement the main ones. Although the initial methods were very effective, practitioners had differing situations and some had needs that were not always being met. In particular, many practitioners needed to concentrate on certain aspects of foundation gong in order to build a stronger inner basis that would enable greater improvement.
