Join us on the fascinating journey from Chengdu to Tibet. A journey of awakening – cultivating and transforming consciousness, qi, and body.
Experience deep meditation in the strong Qi fields of Buddhist and Taoist temples, amidst stunning grasslands, sacred mountains, pure lakes, and open skies filled with free-floating clouds.

Healing Practices:
- Open lower dantian, hunyuan qiao, shenji palace space.
- Loosen spine, strengthen the central nervous system.
- Practice breathing methods to make inner qi strong.
- Train the aware entirety, present moment state during travel time, open the heart and merge with the beauty of nature and ancient culture.
- Use new information and the power of the qi field to dissolve old emotional and qi blockages, creating a joyful, healthy, and a new liberated way of life.
Travel itinerary
5-12 June: Chengdu (the capital of Sichuan Province)
5 June: We will pick you up from Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport.
6-11 June: We will practice together and harmonize with one another, visit the ancient town, the sacred Daoist mountain, pandas, and other beautiful sites in Chengdu.
12 June: We will travel to Xining by overnight train.


13-17 June: Xining (the capital of Qinghai Province)
13 June: Arrival in Xining.
14-16 June: We’ll explore Ta’er Monastery, the region’s largest Tibetan Buddhist temple, visit the impressive Grand Mosque, and dive into local heritage at the Tibetan Cultural Museum.
17 June: We will travel to Lhasa by overnight train.

18-25 June: Lhasa, Tibet
18 June: Arrival in Lhasa.
19- 24 June: We will visit the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Sera Monastery; experience everyday Tibetan life and shop along Barkhor Street. We’ll also travel through the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon, taking in the stunning waters of the Yarlung Zangbo River and the surrounding snow-capped mountains.
25 June: Our journey ends in Lhasa, from where you will take a domestic flight to cities like Beijing, Shanghai, or Guangzhou, and then continue on to your home destination.








Notice
- The average altitude where we go in Tibet is 3600 meters, and the highest altitude where we will past is 5013 meters, altitude reaction is normal for some people:
– People who have strong high blood pressure, heart problem and asthma and the people who are more than 65 years old need go to hospital to ask a doctor if you can travel to Tibet.
– For prevent the altitude reaction, participants need take American ginseng and Rhodiola to adjust body function to suit the high-altitude situation before go to Tibet two weeks. - The summer temperature in Tibet is 10—24 degree with strong sunshine, please prepare your proper clothes, glasses and cap.
- Prepare some medicine for cold, headache, collywobbles and protecting heart and preventing mosquitoes is needed.
- If someone has strong altitude reaction who cannot continue to join the travel, we will arrange you stay at safe place.
- Please read more information about Tibetan travel from books and internet before you come.
- Please do not plan to travel if you are suffering from the following conditions: contagious diseases, mental health conditions that require monitoring and critical illnesses.
- Send us a scanned copy of your passport at least 45 days in advance, as we need it to apply for your Tibetan Travel Certificate.
Arrival and Departure
Please find the most suitable flight to Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport (CTU).
The taxi ride from Chengdu Shuangliu Airport to our hotel takes approximately 70 minutes. Once you have booked your flight, kindly send us your flight details so we can arrange your airport pickup.
Lhasa, Tibet has only one airport—Lhasa Gonggar Airport—which is located near the city center. On the final day, we will provide transportation to the airport for your departure.

Cost
The total price is 20,800 RMB and includes the Tibetan travel permit, travel agency fees, transportation within China, meals, hotels, travel tickets, guide services, practice sessions, and medication to prevent altitude sickness.
Single room: extra 150 RMB per day.
Once you decide to join, please transfer a non-refundable deposit of 300 euros or US dollars.
You can pay directly in RMB or your local currency, depending on the exchange rate at the time of your arrival in China.
If you do not want to carry cash with you on the trip, you can transfer the entire amount to us. We will then inform you of the amount to be paid in Euro or USD according to the current exchange rate.
