Embark on a unique journey through the breathtaking landscapes and ancient wisdom of China. This Travel & Healing Retreat combines the power of nature, the depth of traditional culture, and the practice of authentic Qi Science to support inner transformation, balance, and well-being.
Across three provinces, we will explore majestic mountains, flowing rivers, ancient towns, unique stone forests, sacred Taoist temples, and places filled with powerful natural Qi. Through travel, practice, and shared experiences, we will connect more deeply with ourselves, nature, and each other.
This journey invites you to awaken deeper awareness, cultivate Qi, and enter a state of pure consciousness — Mingjue.

Guilin
The Harmony of Mountains, Rivers & Natural Qi
Guilin is one of China’s most famous scenic destinations, renowned for its breathtaking mountains, peaceful rivers, and harmonious natural landscapes. With its unique beauty and calm atmosphere, it offers an ideal environment to relax the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect with nature.
The powerful Qi of Guilin’s landscapes creates a supportive space for practice, healing, and inner balance. This special place also holds a meaningful connection to our Qi Science journey, as three teacher training retreats were held here between 2013 and 2015.
Furong Ancient Town
Ancient Culture Surrounded by Nature
Furong Ancient Town is a unique historical village where traditional buildings of ethnic minority communities are built along the cliffs above a spectacular waterfall. The harmony between ancient architecture, flowing water, and the surrounding landscape creates a peaceful and inspiring atmosphere.
Here, we will experience the beauty of China’s cultural heritage and connect with the living traditions, natural Qi, and unique energy of this remarkable place.
Zhangjiajie
The Power of Nature & Transformation
Zhangjiajie is famous for its breathtaking stone forests, dramatic mountains, deep canyons, spectacular cliff landscapes, and Glass Walkway on the cliff.
With its unique rock formations and powerful natural environment, this region reveals the extraordinary creativity and energy of nature.
Wudang Mountain
Taoist Wisdom & the Cultivation of Qi
Wudang Mountain is one of China’s most important centers of Taoist culture and internal cultivation, with numerous ancient temples and a long tradition of Tai Chi and Chinese martial arts. For centuries, practitioners from around the world have been drawn here to study, practice, and connect with the wisdom of Taoist traditions.
Known for its profound natural beauty and powerful Qi field, Wudang Mountain provides an ideal environment for cultivating energy, deepening awareness, and harmonizing body, mind, and spirit. Here, we will immerse ourselves in ancient wisdom and integrate the experiences of our journey through authentic Qi practice.
Practice & Healing
Throughout the journey, Qi Science practice and healing sessions support your process of inner growth, transformation, and well-being. Surrounded by powerful natural Qi fields and guided by experienced teachers, you will cultivate greater awareness, balance, and vitality.
During the retreat, you will:
- Awaken consciousness through the practice of Mingjue (pure consciousness).
- Receive new information to expand your awareness and transform your inner reference framework.
- Recognize and transform unhealthy patterns of thinking and living while cultivating healthier ways of being.
- Experience how changing information can influence energy, the body, and ultimately the quality of life.
- Learn and practice authentic Qi Science healing methods.
- Receive individual and group healing supported by the teachers and the shared healing Qi field.
Retreat Schedule
Our journey takes us through four remarkable destinations across three provinces of China, combining travel, cultural exploration, Qi practice, and healing.
5 June – Arrival in Guilin. We will welcome you at Guilin Liangjiang International Airport (KWL) and transfer you to the hotel (approximately 70 minutes).
12 June – Travel by bus to Furong Ancient Town.
14 June – Continue by bus to Zhangjiajie.
19 June – Travel by bus to Wudang Mountain.
28 June – Retreat concludes. Departure from Shiyan Wudang Mountain Airport (WDS). From there, you can connect via major Chinese cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, or Chengdu for your international flight home.

This retreat is led by Teacher Wei and Teacher Tao who organize, guide, and accompany the entire journey. With years of experience in teaching, healing, and retreat organization, they create a supportive environment for practice, transformation, healing, and inner growth.

How to Get There
Please book your flight to Guilin Liangjiang International Airport (KWL), where the retreat begins. You can easily find suitable flight connections from your country through major airlines and travel booking platforms.
Once you arrive at Guilin Liangjiang International Airport, we will welcome you and arrange your transfer to the hotel (approximately a 70-minute drive).
Please send us your flight information, once you have booked your airline ticket.
Visa
Please check the latest visa and entry requirements for China with the Chinese embassy, consulate, or official visa application center responsible for your country before making any travel arrangements.
As visa regulations and application procedures may change over time, we recommend checking the current requirements in advance and applying within the appropriate timeframe before your travel date. Please ensure that all necessary documents are prepared before joining the retreat.
Retreat Fees
The retreat fee is 18,800 RMB per person.
The fee includes:
- Tuition and all Qi Science teaching
- Accommodation (shared room)
- All meals
- Transportation during the retreat
- Entrance tickets to all scheduled attractions and sites
Single Room Option: A single room is available for an additional 120 RMB per day, subject to availability.

- Health Requirements
For the well-being of all participants, please do not join the retreat if you are experiencing a contagious illness, have a severe mental health condition that requires ongoing supervision, or are suffering from a critical medical condition. - Travel and Health Insurance
All participants are required to purchase travel and international health insurance/travel medical insurance before traveling to China. - Weather & Clothing
June is early summer in China, with temperatures typically ranging from 20°C to 32°C (68°F–90°F). We recommend bringing comfortable, lightweight clothing suitable for both travel and Qi practice. - Hotel Facilities
Most hotels provide free Wi-Fi and laundry facilities, including washing machines, for guests’ convenience.

To reserve your place, a deposit of €200 or US$200 is required upon registration.
The remaining balance is payable upon arrival in China. Payment can be made in RMB, EUR, USD, or another major currency, based on the current exchange rate at the time of payment.
If you prefer not to travel with cash, you may also pay the full retreat fee in advance by bank transfer. In this case, we will provide the exact amount in EUR or USD according to the current exchange rate.
