Our teacher training retreat takes place in Dali Old Town, an ancient Buddhist kingdom where kings once governed through Buddhist principles. Eleven of its kings became monks and achieved high levels of Buddhist practice. Due to its rich history and culture, Dali is now one of the 24 most culturally and historically significant cities in China.
In our teacher training you will learn the theory and practice of Zhineng Qigong, receive tools for health, healing, and longevity to share with others. It is a transformative journey of self-discovery, growth, and awakening to your full potential. During this retreat, we support students in overcoming physical and mental challenges while guiding them to become qualified international Zhineng Qigong Level One teachers.
This retreat is ideal for those seeking to enhance their healing skills, as well as anyone looking to heal themselves or others. Everyone is welcome to join, even if they do not wish to pursue certification.
We will take you on guided visits to the Royal Buddhist Temple, the iconic Three Pagodas, the breathtaking Cangshan Mountain, and several other picturesque scenic spots, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the cultural and natural beauty of the area.

We will organize various group healing sessions designed to support everyone in improving their health and well-being.
Purpose and theory:
1. Learn about the overview and history of Zhineng Qigong culture.
2. Learn, experience and confirm the reality that everything is qi, building understanding and experience of the qi world and qi life.
3. Consciousness observes and merges with the body, open your inner space, achieve qi body state, experience different levels of entirety state.
4. Consciousness guides different parts of the qi body to change freely, as well as merges and guides universe qi to transform body qi freely.
5. Develop some primary paranormal abilities, for example: sense qi diagnosis, send qi to do healing for self and others, send qi to plants…
6. Open the heart: Be happy in the present moment; in the oneness state, see through and break the fixations of emotions, affections, love, habit, material things, science, religions and all kinds of desires.
Certificate
Those who successfully participate in the retreat and pass the exam will receive an International Qigong Teacher Level One certificate.

Morning practice: 7:00 – 8:00 am
Breakfast: 8:00 am
Practice: 9:30 -12:00 am
Lunch: 12:00 am
Practice: 3:00 – 5:30 pm
Dinner: 5:30 pm
Practice 7:30 – 9:00 pm
Sleeping: 10:30 pm
Every week the students have one day off.

Three teachers will accompany and support you in your training and journey to become a qualified Zhineng Qigong teacher. Our teachers successfully completed the teacher training program at the Huaxia Center about 30 years ago. They have many years of extensive experience in Qi science, teaching, healing and training.
Training Place
We stay at the “Veggie Ark Space of Future” in Dali Old Town. The hotel restaurant offers a delicious selection of exclusively vegetarian dishes.

Find the most suitable flights to Dali Fengyi airport or LiJiang Sanyi International Airport (LJG).
From Dali Fengyi airport to Veggie Ark Space of Future, you need about one hour by taxi, which will cost around 100 Yuan. We recommend a flight to Dali Fengyi airport.
From LiJiang Sanyi International Airport (LJG) to Veggie Ark Space of Future, you need about 2 hours by taxi, which will cost around 350 Yuan.
We can help you to arrange a taxi to pick you up to the hotel.

Dali is located at an altitude of about 2,000 meters. There is a large temperature difference between day and night. The temperature in March is between 10 and 25 degrees. Please bring warm clothes.
