Online Booking

A retreat is to be booked by submitting our online booking form. Please note that your booking is binding. Once you have submitted your online booking form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. At the moment we offer an online booking form only for our healer & healing retreat.

In general we ask for a deposit payment.
However, for our healer & healing retreat the whole amount of the retreat price is to be paid in cash upon arrival. We accept the following currencies: Chinese Yuan, USD, EURO, GBP, CAD, AUD, CHF and NZD.

If you have booked our retreat and you are no longer able to attend our retreat, please cancel your booking as soon as possible by e-mail. Please note the following cancellation charges:

If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the start date of the retreat, we will not charge any fee and will refund your deposit.

If you cancel your booking less than 30 days before the start date of the retreat, we will not refund your deposit. In case you have not paid a deposit, we will ask you to pay a cancellation fee of 300 USD.

Failing to inform us of a cancellation, may mean that you will not be accepted for future retreats and you need to pay a charge of 300 USD, because we cannot fill a cancelled place.

Due to teacher cancellations or any other situations outside our control, we reserve the right to make any changes to our programme or teachers.

We accept no liability for loss, damage, injury or illness while you are on our retreat or for any travel costs.

In all circumstances, we will not be liable for any failure beyond our control; for example, the failure is unforeseeable or unavoidable or unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances (including but not limited to for example: civil disturbances, natural or other disaster, closed airports, failure to perform by third parties, including suppliers etc.).

You assume the risk involved when participating in our retreats, travel and any activities.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid passport and necessary visas, as well as any necessary or required inoculations or other health requirements.

We recommend that you have adequate travel and medical insurance for the duration of your trip.
