A healthy Spine helps you to enjoy life. The spine is very important to the human body, just like the roof beams of a house, it plays a decisive supporting role. The spine is where the whole body of yang qi is located. It is connected to the brain, the lower limbs, and manages the functions of the internal organs. Therefore, if the spine is healthy and strong, it helps to remove the pain of our back, neck, head, hands and feet, and even problems with our inner organs.
Teacher Zhao Liancheng is teaching The Dancing Spine health course of Taiji Ball/Tai Chi Ball online. It is a practice focusing on strengthening our spine, opening up our body’s two main (Ren and Du) meridians which optimize our physical health; balance our Yin and Yang energy, to achieve strong immunity and healthy longevity.
Taiji ball is one of the most powerful exercises that helps to rebuild the entire body’s health, vitality and clarity of the mind. Life is beautiful and magical. Therefore one needs a clear mind to absorb and experience life to the fullest.
In the past 100 days, through taijiball exercise, many friends have been able to carry 2-3 kg of water in a leisurely state of dancing spine. Their spine is flexible and healthy, and the whole person is full of vitality and lives happily every day.

- History of Taiji ball practice.
- Theory of the Taiji ball, combination of Taiji quan, qigong and gongfu practice.
- Taij ball fundamentals: postures, movements, breathing and focus.
- Demonstrations of Taiji ball practice.
- Taiji ball preliminarily practice (with the goal to achieve carrying 3kg of weight in the practice).
- Taiji ball intermediate and advance practice.
- Possibility of memory training class for the intermediate and advance class practice in future, when the English translation is well prepared and ready to be used.
Every day from 1 April 2021 for 100 days.
There are two classes daily, you are welcome to join the classes:
6 am to 7 am (Beijing time) or/and
2 pm to 3 pm (Beijing time).
The online session are in English language. If someone can organize other small language groups and translate English into your languages, please contact us.

What you need to join our online sessions:
To join our online sessions you need: a computer, cell phone or tablet (with a camera and microphone) and an internet connection. We recommend a computer or a tablet, because the display of the mobile phone might be too small for you to recognize certain qigong methods.
For the online transmission we use the video conferencing tool “Zoom”. As a participant you don’t need to register at Zoom. You can just use the zoom link that we will send you to join our online sessions. You can download the Zoom app (https://zoom.us/), so that you only need to use the password or meeting ID.
